Using best practices from early intervention reading programs this app supports children in their learning of over 75 word family sounds while typing funny words and sentences. In one interactive resource, with breadth and depth, every word family is reviewed. Children can interact with their touch screen in order to select word families at their level. By hearing repeated rhyming words they can master word family sounds. The cute pictures make learning fun, while the hilarious sentences use only previously learned word family words, which allows them to master reading and spelling while experiencing repeated success, as the levels increase gradually with no added sounds unless they are introduced. Children learn reading, spelling and typing skills as they type out word family words and funny sentences. This easy to use program lets them know once they have successfully completed the lesson and supports them in their practice.
